What Is Employee Benefits Live 2026?
Employee Benefits Live is a two-day event dedicated specifically to HR, reward and employee benefits professionals.
The 2026 edition takes place at ExCeL London on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 October, with the exhibition open from 09:00 to 16:30 on both days. Networking drinks will also take place after the exhibition closes on Tuesday.
According to the organisers, the event is expected to bring together 1,500+ HR and reward professionals and 80+ industry suppliers, alongside expert speakers and conference sessions. Attendance is free for HR, reward and benefits professionals.
The programme reflects many of the challenges currently facing People teams, with themes including:
